OK so if one were sitting around drinking with friends talking politics about an issue which makes them angry and one of them says "Why don't we shoot the lot of them?" - an emotion pretty much everyone has experienced at some point when under a lot of stress and emotionally stirred up - that is now considered subversive, terrorist thinking you could get fined and go to jail for? Currently, it's twitter, next, covert listening on our phones?

I know it sounds all kooky to think this way, yeah yeah bring out the tin foil hat... But it's actually heading that way.

Bloody George Orwell, if only he hadn't written that damned book maybe the ruling powers wouldn't have had so many good ideas to run with.
