Manual checking of power supply in motherboard

My dell inspiron n5010 has the issue that power supply is coming well and the cooling fan too works but i want to make sure that the power is coming to the lcd1 pin because my lcd goes black .so how can i ensure the power supply is coming through the pin lcd1?

Hi, you measure the voltage with a multimeter at pin 1!
