Question Massive FPS drop in games like Squad, Grand Theft auto V and such, please please help me

ASUS Rog Strix i7-9750H CPU 2.60GHz
Nvidia 2060

Please help me, average fps for games is 20-30, rarely at 40 and 50 and 60, I've tried everything, restarting the laptop, updating winflash and such, tweaking the CPU and overclocking, nothing works!

I also think my driver is having an issue, I checked in the nvidia control panel too, Any suggestions?

Try to remove the old driver and install the GeForce Experiance https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/
