Question mecer z140z password reset/hard reset

Hi,

I got a laptop which is mecer z140c which my friend gave to unlock the password. When switched on, it doesn't give option to go to bios neither I can reinstall windows 10 booting from USB. just says enter password screen when switched on, any suggestion to remove it will be appreciated.
