Memory Card Broken

My memory card gets corrupted and when i open the card through a card reader on my computer, it says "The Disk is not formatted. Do you want to format it now"
So, is their any way or any appl. that can help me in obtaining my data back from the card.???

u should use memory card recovery software,,,
and if the the card is damages hardwarely then u should get it to me so i cn repair it,,,
