Memory Card Error - Card Locked

Sir,
My memory card is locked and asking to insert password to unlock the same when I didn’t used any password to lock the m/card. So pse give me suitable direction to unlock the memory card.
My memory card details are as under: -
SANDISK - 4 GB

That sounds like an encryption lock and your not going to easily bypass it.

Did you recently use it in someone elses card reader?
