Microphone not working

I have a MSI GE72 2QD Apache Pro
My headset is a Logitech H110

My laptop doesnt show my microphone when i open recording in the audio window.

The only things that show in recording is

Microphone
Realtek high Definition Audio
Default Device

Stereo Mix
Realtek High Definition Audio
Disabled

Yes I have the mic and headset in the correct jack

Can you open sound in the configuration manager, sound and then check the record tab, normally it should be there.

I right clicked the speaker icon in the task bar, clicked Recording Devices, then Recording, and my microphone isnt there, Only my laptop microphone is there--

idk if thats what you asked me to try doing but I couldn't find configuration manager
