Microphone too quiet

My new microphone is so quiet, it's an Aqta BM 800. I think I have not enough voltages for my microphone. Do I need a new power supply or is there a way or a soundcard with power cables so I can get the electricity separately?

All settings at max. Still too quiet. Also I have some buzzing electric sounds too.

I can't find any mention of an Aqta BM-800, but BM-800 is quite a popular name among microhones. Some of the other BM-800 come with a recommendation for a phantom power.
This one, I can't say.

Do you have a sheet of specs?

How about setting on application that you use? is it teamspeak, discord? check the mic settings on that.

All applications are the same, even the listen feature from windows is the same.. Any ideas? Do I need a phantom power or a sound card?

can you make sure that it plugged in all the way? or switch it to the front see if any different?

It's still the same. It's plugged all the way in. It was in front before. Now it's on the back and the back is louder, but still too quiet. Any ideas?

Try this, go to device manager > uninstall the driver for the sound > reboot > let windows install driver.. See if that works.
