Microsoft account suspended

Hi everyone,

Today, I got an ssd and put windows on it. Everything is going well except I want to put office 2016 on the ssd instead of reading it off my hard drive. When I try to sign into my microsoft account, this is what happens

It's all very well, but I don't have a cell phone. Is there any other way around this?

This is my school email, I didn't actually buy office, my school did, but I'll certainly try.
