Hello,yet again as regards MS outlook how possible is it for a user to view all other users who have been mailed via blind carbon copy,funny enough is that one will not tell whether others have been copied if its mailed via BCC but is it possible to view the other users receiving the same mail with you via BCC? Help please...

The whole point of the BCC is to not have the other users see it. The Exchange admin will know from the server logs where the mail went, so will whoever sent it.
