Mini DisplayPort & HDMI, Two External Monitors

Hi,

I am currently using an Alienware 17 and it has a Mini DisplayPort and an HDMI port. I am wondering if it would be possible to connect two external monitors, one through the HDMI and the other through the DisplayPort, without the use of any adapters or extra equipment. My computer currently has a integrated Intel 4600 card and a dedicated GTX 765M card.

Yes it will work. You need the right cable and you are set to go

Well that totally depends on what ports your monitors have.
You cant use display port if your monitor does not have that port.

Both monitors have the required ports. One has the HDMI and the other will have an HDMI and a DisplayPort.

Then you should be good just connecting the cables.
