Minix Neo U9-h connect to Behringer b112w

Hi all.I want to connect the Minix Neo U9-h to a pair of PA speaker Behringer Eurolive b112w.At Minix I have only the optical out and mini jack 3.5 mm.From Behringer I have two XLR input.I don't want to connect them bluetooth or wireless because sound is not so great.Is a dac converter a better solution or should I buy a cable jack 3.5 mm - 2 male xlrt ? Sorry for the bad English.

I would recommend a cable like this -- https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/CMP159--hosa-cmp-159-10-foot-3.5mm-trs-to-dual-1-4-inch-ts-cable 3.5mm to dual 1/4 stereo. Don't use XLR since the speakers also support 1/4 inch cables.

Simpler. XLR is differential signaling usually. That minimizes the chance for noise in a complex wiring environment but you don't have that situation. See the WIKI article on balance audio -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balanced_audio

I understand now. And if I put a mixer or a audio interface like Steinberg UR22 MK2 between speaker and minipc.The sound has to improve or not ? And which is better in my situation ?

The speakers have an amp built-in. What benefit do you believe a mixer would have? Equalization? Compression? Unless you need multiple simultaneous inputs, a mixer provides no benefit that I can see.
