Missing Media Audio Control

I am trying to find the program used to Add back into my Media Audio Contol (message 28). I have a Dell Optiplex 270. I have downloaded 2 Driver Repair Programs and nothing has worked. Someone please tell me what else to look for to fix the problem if you will.

Thanks, but this link just kept getting me a Blank Page. My Internet Connection is Good, but for some reason, it wouldn't open up the page that you gave me. It could be the brackets and periods. But I have the general idea here so I will go there and try it out. Thanks for your idea.

It took a minute to connect on my PC too. Try to refresh couple of times.
