Missing webcam software for Lenovo netbook

Hi,
I recently bought a Lenovo S10-3 netbook and when i tried to take a picture using the integrated webcam, i was unable to locate the program lenovo provides to take pictures. It says that a program called lenovo easycam comes stock with the laptop but i have looked everywhere and its no where to be found.

Any recommendations on some third party webcam software or is there something i can do to get the easycam program back on the netbook?

Check the camera is turned on -- often disabled by default for security/privacy reasons -- check Device Manager and see the full laptop manual (may be on CD which came with computer) or contact Lenovo.
