Question MK-F100TL Wired Microphone USB Condenser Sound Recording is not working in my laptop

i bought the MK-F100TL Wired Microphone USB Condenser . when i start recording the sound is not coming i check microphone audio also. i think we need the phantom power connector

The USB connector is the phantom power connection.

Did you plug in the 3.5" jack into the microphone port of the laptop and the USB connector into a working USB port?
Did you set the microphone port in windows to the default recording device?

Which laptop are you using?

Did you set the microphone to default in the recording software?

Did you turn the volume up at the microphone?
