Mobile bluetooth disable option

Hello, Do we have any software to disable the bluetooth option in all smartphone devices? When someother user tries to enable the bluetooth it should not allow to enable it.

I don't believe there is anything out there. Your phone's security software should take care of anyone or thing trying to access your phone and enable BT. What sort of phone do you have? If it is an Android or Blackberry, check out their respective app stores to see if there are any apps out there that provide for additional security. So long as you have selected to turn off BT, it should stay off until you reactivate it.
