Question Mobile hotspot won't connect to ps4

Hi everyone I have been trying to connect my mobile hotspot to my ps4 my brother who has the exact same phone as me can do it just fine but for some reason mine will connect get the IP address but it will stop connecting and say no internet connection. Meanwhile my phone that is running the hotspot has perfect connection to the internet. Any solutions?
