Actually there is nothing wrong with it until the adults deem it so. Growing up in NYC, there were many a summer nights with many butt naked children running around as they escaped the clutches of parents trying to diaper them. I hate these PC times its gotten out of hand.

Though Americans are the worst prudes, it seems like the Brits are getting just as bad. This is not remotely child porn, and anyone who thinks so needs therapy. Sometimes three year olds like to be nude, and there is nothing wrong with that. How is the boy harmed if a "pervert" or "weirdo" sitting at home sees this photo? It is sad that this mother's paranoia about nudity and pedophiles runs so deep that she thinks her own son is being indecent for doing something that is very normal behavior for a three year old boy.
