Monitor has no headphone jack

I just purchased a new monitor that has built in speakers and I just assumed it would have a headphone jack also, as every monitor I have used before has had one

I want to use my xbox one through the monitor but with headphones, how can I go about doing that?

EDIT: nevermind I found a way, turns out you can plug any 3.5mm headphones into the xbox controller so I don't even have to be attached to the tv anymore!
