Monitor/Windows 10 Issue

I just built my new computer, but when I installed Windows 10, something wasn't working properly. All four sides of the desktop (and whatever else I pull up) goes off. Did I do something wrong, or is there a way to fix this?

I'm having a hard time picturing your description. Can you post a picture? Have you tried going into display settings and made sure it's correct?

Go into your Samsung monitor's menu and adjust the picture size.
