motherboard died due to spark in hdd sata cable connecter

I have alienware m18x r2 ... There is small spark in hdd sata cable connecter . . now motherboard is died ..please tell me solution... My system is completely dead

You will have to replace the motherboard unfortunately 🙁
If you didn't cause the spark you can call Alienware for a warranty replacement
