Motion activated spy cam

Hi.

I'm looking for a small motion activated camera that I could put inside my car.

Long story short, someone keeps keying and slashing the tires on my car, I want to catch the bastard on camera while not paying too much doing so, not over $100.

I need something small and discreet that will work on batteries and can take good quality video during the day and night.
