Moto 360 Gen 1 vs Moto 360 Gen 2. Worth upgrading?

I bought Moto 360 because I really liked the price and the features are decent. I bought it less than a week ago and I can still return it, is it worth returning my watch to upgrade to the newest model? If yes, why?

I previously had SM-V700 Galaxy Gear and I sold it only because the bezel was too big and I hated scratches.

My 360 1st gen costs £120, and the new one £210.

Those are the reviews that Tom's Guide did on both the first gen and second gen Moto 360s. Functionally, they are probably not different enough to warrant an upgrade. They'll do more or less the same things. Aesthetically, I prefer the newer model because it's smaller and offers two size options, and more closely resembles the "classic" watch look.
