Need help pricing Dell XPS Gen 2

I have a question for everyone out there.. I got a Dell Inspirion XPS Gen 2 from a friend that wasn't too tech savvy and didn't have a hard drive in it and also the graphics card was fried so I had to replace that and also bought an 80 gb hard drive and replaced the motherboard. I am looking to sell this, I don't use it much since I have another laptop. I'm not too sure if its even worth selling because I don't know how much these run for, its practically brand new, no scratches on the screen, and a couply on the top, it needs such a big power supply so I bought a 130w brand new supply. It has 3 gigs of ram, changing LED colors on the top, speakers, and the side vents. I've read that the retail price is around $3,000 but there's no way someone around here is going to pay even half of that. Could someone give me a price match? I'm honestly clueless what these run for, I can't find anybody else selling one of these online at all to compare. Hopefully someone can help me out.

You're actually correct with your guess that it sells from $3000 to $3500 when brand new. I would suggest to just keep it as it's a nice laptop and most of the labor had been done by you already it would be a great value for you.

XPS gen 2? you mean the one that came out 10 years ago? Maybe $10 dollars
