Solved! Mouse and webcam doesnt work

hello everybody,im having troubles with my mouse and webcam. everytime i plug the mouse in, the error will occur "one of the usb device attached to this computer has malfunctioned and window doest recognise it....I let somebody fixed it last week but now it happened again, i dont know what to do. Is there anything that i can do to fix it? i will appreaciate it so much

Try updating your chipset, as when you do so it will install new usb controllers. Go to your laptop manufacturer's support site and find your specific model; you should then see downloads available for it.
