Mouse/Right click not working in Word 2007

Hi, my right-click mouse is not working in Word 2007. I attempted Neil's suggestion to correct by renaming the Data folder, but that didn't work. I even logged off everything and restarted my computer, all to no avail. Anyone out there have a solution?

How were you able to resolve your right mouse click problem. I started having that problem today, and I can't correct it.
