Mouse scroll bar

Hello, my pc mouse scroll bar is not working. how could i configure this?

do you mean you cant scroll with the mouse wheel......?

Sounds like you are talking about the touchpad not the mouse (bit different things). Download the drivers for it from the manufacturer, also updating the BIOS won't hurt. If those 2 things don't fix it, try to reseat the cables inside the case for it.
