Mouse works on one user but not the other

I am very confused because my logitech g900 works with one of my accounts but not the other, well when I open any application with my g900 it automatically stops working by this I mean I can still scroll around and move just cannot right click or left click.But when I use my trackball its fine? I thought I had a virus and found I had a very high cpu usage and went through and deleted any start up applications and now my mouse just wont work. Only on other users and then I will have to transfer all of my game saves and documents over there -.-.

did you uninstall the drivers/software and reinstall them fresh?
