How "rapidly" do these browsers really need to be released?
I'd much rather Mozilla tested the crap out of their product before releasing it and take, say, another month to release the newest version.
This is a pretty big feature to have fail on a final release!

my sync broke with 7.0.1.
ironically though, upgrading to 7 & 7.0.1 were the first time i've ever had an update NOT break any 3rd party add-ons...

Don't worry. All of these issues with be fixed with the release of Firefox 8 in a few weeks.

If not, then Firefox 9 will fix them.

We had Firefox 3.x versions for it seems like years. These release cycles are getting stupid. I would much rather have a slower browser without bugs than a fast browser full of them.

This sucks, I've had nothing but trouble ever since I dnlded FF 7 and FF 7.01 was no help. It opens slow and closes slow and hardly anything works. I can't even have more than one window open at a time and if I click on a link it freezes up. I hate it and I'm pissed. It's like I've been on dial up the last 3 days. I can't get anything done.

How the hell do I un-install FF 7 and go back to FF 6 ??? At least FF 6 was working. I will be changing my settings so that FF cannot automatically install anymore for sure.

My FF updated to 7 and everything started to break so I decided to try Opera out. It works pretty well and the ad-block seems to be better than chrome's.

Despite all of the problems u should still be using FF as ur primary browser. Just make the auto update thing work for once and I could care less about the rest.

[citation][nom]damian86[/nom]Lol having Firefox '7' doesn't sound that bad as compared to chrome 14 lol[/citation]

Yeah, because Firefox 7 totally works and Chrome 14 doesn't.

Oh wait...

Unlucky people who are having all these problems.
Sync is working fine for me, so are all my addons.
No problems whatsoever. And the memory management is awesome now =D

I actually gave up on Firefox. I really do not see what is so great about it? Do Firefox users really like stuff breaking every time a new version comes out? Do you like waiting for Mozilla to fix things? Maybe you just like feeling important sending in bug reports?
