Dunno, look up the spec on the car's flyer, I don't think they would try to hide it from you.

MP3 and CD are two different things. Having MP3 does not automatically means the presence of a CD drive, no.

If it plays a burned CD with mp3 files it will play regular CDs.
If it doesn't have a CD drive then no it won't.
