MSI CX62 6QD-047US Battery isnt Working!

Just bought this MSI CX62 6QD-047US from Amazon Warehouse. Everything was going great until I realized that the battery wasn't charging. My laptop only works when I have it on the charger, as soon as I unplug it it dies. It has a non removable battery in it. I tried using the battery reset button, but that didnt work either. Drivers are up to date as well. Any ideas? I would really like not to have to return it.

If you just bought it, you need to contact the place of purchase and get them to replace either the battery or the whole laptop.

I get that you don't want to return it, but it is under warranty, and new devices shouldn't have such problems. If it is giving you the problem now, what will it be doing in 6 mo or a year? Better to get it sorted correctly, and under warranty, now than regret it later.
