I've had a MSI GE 62 Apache Pro for about 9 months and recently my right fan doesn't seem to be working properly. When on automatic the left fan hits about 3555 RPM while my right fan hits 0 RPM, then when on turn on the fans on using the dedicated fan button they both hit about 6400 RPM. But when I play games the right one sounds like it cuts off for a couple seconds then starts working again. Please help I don't know much about pcs and this seems like a big problem.

One thing you can try doing is see if there are any BIOS updates to be performed. Next logical thing to do is see if you're within your warranty period and notify both the seller and MSI about the issue with a video(for documentation's sake). It's probable the unit may be faulty and is in need of an RMA.

You might also want to see if the issue you've stated is present when in BIOS. At idle are both fans working?
