MSI Gaming App - CPU% usage

Hello. I began using MSI's Gaming App to monitor my pc and some other cool features, tho' I noticed my CPU usage varies between 45-60% without running any game. Cause there are two instances running at 20-30% each in Task Manager - MsiGamingOSDx64 and x86. I tried to close the App and my cpu usage went back to 5-10%. Is this normal? Shoud I stop using it?

Cpu: i5 6600 3,3GHz
Gpu: MSI R9 380 4GB

The MSI Gaming app sucks in general. You shouldn't be using it at all. If you're monitoring temp, then you could use RealTemp, which is my favorite for Intel CPUs. Cool features are not very cool when you could do the exact same thing with the BIOS much more efficiently.
