Just to let you know, the reason why your not getting any replies is because nobody wants to spend 5 min just to look at computer specs and trying to remember all of them so they can make a recommendation to you. I recommend just putting all the specs on your post so nobody has to look thru the entire webpage just to see what you picked.

2nd Laptops Specs:
15.6' LED blacklit 1080P display
i7 4700MQ
12GB (3x4GB) Memory
128GB Solid State Drive MSATA
1TB 5400RPM Sata 2
6x blu-ray reader

Get the 2nd laptop, even though the processor is going to be a little bit slower the SSD + dual channel memory is going to make the system much faster than the 1st laptop.
