I purchased an MSI GE72 Apache Pro 242 for my son. He went through the set up and afterwards he let it reboot to save changes. It has locked on MSI screen and am unable to get it started. Any suggestions?
hold the power button down & count to 8, windows will then shutdown. press the power button again to startup the computer to see if windows loads up properly.

Unfortunately I never get to windows. I only get the MSI logo and it goes no farther. I cannot even get to the boot menu.
