Question MSI Laptop GPU not being detected

Hi,

I have a MSI ge73 Raider RGB 8RF for a year now, and it worked fine, untill recently.
My GPU (1070) is completely gone. This happend after an EC Firmware update for some reason. Before that update the 1070 worked just fine. I can't install any drivers for the 1070. If i want to install them, it just says that the current windows version is not compatible and that i have to have a GPU to install the driver. Now completely stuck.

Things i have already tried:
-Update the BIOS.
-Reset the BIOS.
-Re install the EC Firmware update.
-Reset the EC with a tiny button at the bottom of the laptop.
-Loaded the optimized defaults in the BIOS.
-Re install Windows

I'm thinking the 1070 might be broken, and i might send in the laptop for repairs.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I need this answered too. My MSI P65 Creator 8RF has a GTX 1070 Max-Q and often the GPU has an orange error triangle in Device Manager and I can't use it at all. Sometimes it randomly comes back after a day and sometimes I take off the bottom cover and spray compressed air and that helps, occasionally restarting it brings it back, I think it's software, but I'm not sure. Please help.
