MSI Laptop keeps restarting randomly

For some reason my MSI gaming laptop keeps restarting randomly, i have tried multiple solutions and non of them have worked such as.

-Scanning for virus's and malware with malware bytes and spy bot search and destroy.
-Turning off Speedstep
-Changing my bios boot load order

For some reason it never reboots in safe mode or when my Power cord is isn't plugged in and its running on the battery.

I have you tried taking out your battery for a couple of minutes? I've heard that to work.

Going to try that now, i think it may be the power cord though and thank you for replying.

I also have this error PXE-E61 when i boot up my computer

Hmm.... I was looking around through some forums and found this.

Enter in BIOS Setup: Go to "Boot" ==> "Boot Device Priority", "1st Boot Device" ==> HDD && "Exit & Save Changes"

There seems to be a wrong configuration.

Also, if no one is able to help you here, I'd check out the MSI forums (https/forum-en.msi.com/index.php?board=66.0). I'm seeing a handful of individuals with laptop issues.

Thanks Jason i went in and changed it but still had the restarts after, i think it may be a power capacitor problem as the restarts are always random.

It's definitely a power issue, not really sure what. Are you still under warranty??
