MSI Laptop . What shall I do?

Hey guys I got an MSI GT70 0ND laptop with a broken GPU ( It burned after I used canned air ) The laptop is working perfectly I bought it 4 years ago for 1800 euro . As I want a new laptop with a working graphic card and I dont want to buy a used one because its 300 euros. what do you suggest me to do? Sell the laptop and say to them that the GPU is broken? If yes how much should I sell it? Do I find a good laptop around 700-800 for gaming and multimedia apps?

Is a laptop the only option? A desktop would be leagues better since when something happens you can actually fix it.
