I have a problem with my new msi laptop where c,r,f,8,9,0 and backspace only works if i spam other keys for a while and i need some help to figue out if it is a defective keyboard or problem with the software
I have the same problem and posted about it. This is the forum http/www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3615923/keyboard-problem-msi-gl62m-7rdx.html
I'm thinking it's a software problem because in the MSI technical forum, people stated that they had their laptops sent in for repairs to MSI. The problem would come again. Called MSI about and they didn't know about it,hopefully they're doing something about it
I did tried everything for msi gt73 titan laptop..the answer is go to bios change boot from uefi to uefi with csm
UEFI systems can access GPT disks and boot directly from them, which allows Linux to use UEFI boot methods. ... For backward compatibility, most UEFI implementations also support booting from MBR-partitioned disks, through the Compatibility Support Module (CSM) that provides legacy BIOS compatibility.
