If it was Displayport you could use a HUB, HDMI is only a single signal. You would have to use another display out if you have one, a dock if yours is compatible with one, or a USB monitor.

You would connect your laptop via HDMI, and then your two external monitors, also via HDMI. Only thing is it supports up to HDMI 1.4. If your laptop uses HDMI 2.0, you will only get the benefits of 1.4.
