Multiple tv hookup

I'm considering subscribing to Directv and want to make sure everything stays the same as what we have now with Mediacom. We currently have 1 tv in the living room that has all of the features (i.e. on-screen guide, on demand, etc.) and 3 other tvs that are just standard but can watch the cable programming independently. Will this still be possible with Directv or would we have to purchase multiple DVR units? Thanks for any and all help.
