>> I play Dota 2 but when I have free time only, which is rare.

What tasks do you want to do with your laptop?
>> I'm a student. I do programming a lot, while doing these at the same time: browsing the web (maximum 40 tabs), Photoshop (minor editing), Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hard drive?
>> 500GB or more.

Brands?
>> Lenovo, Samsung, Asus, Acer, Toshiba

Your country?
>> US

Additional information.
>> As much as possible, I'd like one that comes with Windows 7.

Look for HP's ProBook 400 series. Grab an i5 CPU and a ton of memory, and you should be fine. My ProBook lasts all day on battery, you should do well.
