My 32 sony bravia when plugged in the power light is green and sony comes on then tv goes black i don't have the remote how can i fix it

I don't know the model of the TV, but there should be some controls on the TV itself, on the front right, or under the centre. Also you can get a new universal remote by doing a simple google search using the model number of the TV.

Doesn't sound like the having the remote will help you if you can't turn the TV on with the front panel control.
You can try unplugging the TV from AC for an hour and plugging it back in. I suspect the TV needs repair.
