My Acer aspire V5-122p-0408 touch screen will turn on and shows the Acer sign and the little circle but then it goes black. What do I need to do?

Try hitting F2, F9 and F10 and press enter. Reboot and see if it fixes it.

I have my laptop turned off right now, when I turn my laptop back on do I wait to see what it is going to do or do I turn on my laptop and push the f2,f9 and f10 and enter as soon as it's coming on?

don't wait, turn on, hit F keys then enter, after you hit enter reboot and see if that worked.
if not, you can also try this: Remove your battery and power cord, then hold the power button and press F12 for 60sec. release keys and power on as normal
(this is a hardware reset for these models )

OK I turned on my Acer aspire V5-122p-0408 touch screen and the Acer sign showed then the circle was turning then went black for a min. or two then showed the Acer sign again and now the circle looks froze. I push in the F2,F9,and F10 and enter but nothing happened to it what do you think I should do?

Hey thank you for trying to help me today! On my Acer laptop it has a reset hole on the bottom of my laptop for the battery can you tell me how to do the F12 thing if I can't take out my battery?
