My acer e1 422

First of all,please forgive my end abilities since egish isn't my mother tongue. I just bought a new laptop acer aspire e1 422 with full upgrade 8gb memory and windows 10. And I try to play blade and soul and it's keep crushed.. I try to go for setting but still no solution. Anyone can help me? What should I do and what can I do?? Please I really need your help.

Try this and see if it helps....

1. Go into "Task Manager" and click on the "Services" tab.
2. Find "Razer Chroma SDK Service" and select it.
3. You won't be able to stop it by right-clicking on it (it will say access denied).
4. Click the "Services" button on lower right of the window.
5. Again locate "Razer Chroma SDK Service".
6. Now click "Actions" and then click "Stop".
7. Again click on "Actions" and then click "Properties".
8. Click on the "Startup type" drop box and click/choose "Disabled".
9. Finally click "Apply" and then "OK".

You should be good.

Could be because that is an older game and you are trying to run it on Windows 10.

Or the video card is not good enough.

Try running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or XP.

System reqs are OS: Windows XP (Service pack 2), Vista, Win7 (32bit / 64bit)
Video Card: nVidia Geforce 8600GT/AMD Radeon HD4600 or better

The laptop you are using is too weak to play this game. I had a laptop with an i7 3630qm and a gt 650m and it struggled to play the game. It is very cpu intense.
