My Acer laptop is giving some noise while I am switching on after charing,can you tell me the reason behind?....

This is my brand new laptop I had charged my lap for 7 hours from night till morning when I switch on the laptop morning it is giving some hzzzzzzz..... noise ,it is not at all turning on ,what shall I do for this ?.. Can you suggest me an idea?..

Best bet with a new laptop that is not working properly is to return to under warranty.

Do not go pulling it apart when you have a perfectly good warranty to use.
