My Acer laptop is stuck on a boot loop and wont reset

I reset my laptop earlier today and it was working perfectly. About an hour or two ago i was going to restart it because it started going really slow.

Now it is stuck in a boot loop and wont reset using the Alt F-10 method. Does anyone have any HELPFUL advice?

does it start windows?? if not pull the hard drive see if the drive has gone bad and is causing the mb to reset due to it pullling more power then the system board can give.
