My acer laptop is stuck on the restart logo can you pls help me?

I restart my laptop beacause its lagging then its stuck on the restart and its taking time to restart it doesnt even have numbers on it its just the loop please help me

If the system is stuck at waiting to restart, hold in the power button for about 10 seconds, will turn it off.
