my Acer laptop

HI.
My Acer aspire E1-522 keep shuting down when i touch it or try to key in my password do eneyone knows why? i dont know what to do

and now is not even booting any more

Hi,

Does it happen while the charger is connected or not? Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will still not work, remove the battery off the laptop then connect just the AC adapter and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If it will still not work and if the laptop is still under the factory warranty do contact ACER for a repair since there might be a grounded part inside the laptop.

With it plugged in to a live wall socket, try booting it into safe mode, if it boots to safe mode see how it runs, see if battery is charging
