My Alcatel One touch S'pop cellphone won't turn on?

I bought my phone yesterday, and it was working fine. I charged it overnight and in the morning it wouldn't turn on. I tried holding down the on button for 10 seconds, and a combination of the volume and on keys for 10 seconds but it didn't work. I also removed the battery,Sim and SD card and then tried turning it on, but it didn't work. What can I do?
